Managing Director
Shaun Wilkinson
Shaun Wilkinson joined UTAX (UK) Ltd as the Managing Director in 2006 and has been responsible for taking the company through its biggest period of growth, developing its product portfolio and focussing on increasing its Partner Network.
Shaun has taken the business from the original premises based in Newbury, with only 13 staff on role, to its current location based just outside of Swindon, which was extended back in 2017 to cater for the ever-increasing team. Shaun’s focus for the future of the business is to adapt and ensure UTAX can respond quickly to the ever-changing markets and customer demands, and to ensure that UTAX remains a name that is synonymous with reliability and quality.
The UTAX sales team covers the whole of the UK and Ireland, with dedicated sales managers for Scotland and the North of England and the Midlands and Southern England as well as Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. The team’s years of experience in the industry both direct and in the sales channel offers our Partners a wealth of knowledge and support in all areas of hardware and software sales.
Operations
Sarah Mackay
Sarah is the Head of Operations for UTAX (UK) Ltd and has complete responsibility of six key functions of the business covering hardware, software, Customer Service, Direct Service, Installations & Marketing.
Sarah has been largely responsible for the increasing prominence of the UTAX brand in the UK, with a range encompassing digital copying, printing, fax and scanning solutions. Since her appointment to Head of Operations, she has led the company through a complete departmental re-structure, which has in turn helped to streamline and ensure the company achieved the Quality Management System Standard – ISO 9001:2015 awarded by the British Standards Institution.
Finance
Kevin Good
Kevin is our Head of Finance and oversees the entire finance department, which includes Accounts Payable, Credit Control and Business Analysis.
Kevin started with UTAX in 1987 and has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to the inner workings of the business and has been integral to the growth and development of UTAX (UK) Ltd.
